When I realized that my dream of becoming an all-star point guard for the Cleveland Cavaliers was not in the cards, I instead built a career now with 15 years of experience in management, operations, leadership, and staff development, having worked in both multimillion-dollar retail environments and nonprofit organizations.  My passion for growth and strategy led me into the world of marketing, a natural fit. I am a lifelong sports fan who rarely misses an opportunity to watch college football or basketball. Whether it is analyzing a game or cheering from the couch, my love of sports continues to influence my teamwork mindset and competitive drive. Clearly, I also have a sense of humor.
