KEN FEINBERG

I am “all things” PowerNIL, including its founder.  I brokered my first NIL deal between an auto dealership and football starter at The Ohio State University in July 2021.  I am a transactional attorney and entrepreneur with 30+ years of experience in complex contract negotiations, and NIL consulting, compliance, and marketing. I started PowerNIL with one goal in mind: to be a recognized subject matter expert in this new frontier and to help either side of an NIL deal with education, navigation and negotiation.  I really enjoy helping athletes with recruiting, transfer portal, and NIL deals. PowerNIL is the marriage of my passions for sports, marketing, and contracts.  I proudly hold a law degree from Case Western Reserve University, and a BA/BS in Marketing from Bowling Green State University, with honors.
