A Franklin County Ohio Judge Jaiza Page has issued a Temporary Restraining Oder today-October 20, in the Jamier Brown case against the Ohio High School Athletic Association (“OHSAA”) suspending current prohibitions against high school athletes for 45 days, until the next court hearing. The Order affects all student athletes playing at OHSAA's 818 member schools. "The court does find that granting this will allow for expanded opportunities for high school students and youth across the state of Ohio, and there are benefits in that," Page said." Additionally, allowing this temporary restraining order will align this state's policies with a majority of the other states across the country.”
Brown has already missed out on over $100,000 of potential deals, his attorneys have argued in court filings. He can now sign such deals as can other athletes! Great job Attorney Luke Fedlam!
I hate cliché’s, but I think the toothpaste is out of the tube on this one! ABOUTTIME!!!
